Current Hair Trends and why they work for most Women

Posted by

I’m lazy so my hair style is just long,(if that’s even a style). Don’t get me wrong, I have moments where I think about changing things up. So what are the current hair trends that might work for those of us who want to keep things simple.

Once again, Ashley Sheibe from Spectrum Hair has the answer.

“Hair trends like; Ombre, color melt, bayalage- so many different variations of these styles work great for clients that want to stretch out their color service and maybe come in every 6 months to a year. This is definitely a trend for the younger clients.”

Ashley says “I always ask a client for a picture of what they want to achieve because if they just walk in saying I want an ombre it would be a lot harder for me to envision what they actually want, because they could be aiming for something totally different.”

“Another trend that is popping up is the bob, which is actually a long bob!”

Jessica Alba always looks good.

“It’s a cute cut for people that want to try short hair without going too short. It could have layers that would be great curled or straight. Great for clients of all ages.”

Personally, I can’t tell the difference between an Ombre, Color Melt or Bayalage. It all kinda looks the same. Guess that’s why I’m not a hair dresser. Either way, I hope you found this helpful and informative.
